Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid system, which can predict the possibilities that excessive tension may occur in a power transmitting member before the excessive tension occurs in the power transmitting member of a power transmitting mechanism and avoid the occurrence of the excessive tension so as to improve reliability of the whole system, to provide a hybrid vehicle, and to provide a power transmission method of the hybrid system.SOLUTION: A hybrid system, when a power transmission between a crank shaft 15 and a motor generator 21 is connected by a clutch 17 for a crank shaft, and power transmission between the crank shaft 15 and the motor generator 21 is performed via a CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission) 16 directly connected to the crank shaft 15, disconnects the power transmission between the crank shaft 15 and the motor generator 21 by the clutch 17 for the crank shaft when predicting, based on a torque to be transmitted to a first pulley 16a and a second pulley 16a of the CVT 16, that tension, equal to predetermined specified tension T or more, may occur in the power transmitting member 16c.
