To provide a hydrated hardened body having a reinforcing rod excellent in neutralization resistance and salt damage resistance which can made into a structure member having durability over a long period even under environmental conditions that neutralization is apt to progress.

The hydrated hardened body, which has the reinforcing rod excellent in neutralization resistance and salt damage resistance at the inside, at least contains: steel making slag; and blast furnace slag fine powder, and in which the mass ratio of CaO/SiO2in the steel making slag is ≥1.5 and/or the CaO concentration is ≥25 mass%, and the reinforcing rod has an oxide layer comprising Fe, P and V on the surface. Alternatively, the reinforcing rod has a silane coupling agent layer on the surface.
