Abstract:
To provide a front holder of a hydraulic breaker which facilitates a replacement operation.SOLUTION: A front holder 17 includes a cylinder 10 having a front head part and a cylinder part and a back head 11 installed to a rear part of the cylinder 10. Therein, the cylinder 10 is used for a hydraulic breaker 1 in which a chisel 13 is slidably provided on a front head part and a piston 12 is slidably provided on the cylinder part, is installed on an inner part in a front head part and supports both sides of a radial load and a thrust load of the chisel 13. The front holder 17 has a fitting tolerance of an inner diameter of the front head part and an outer diameter of the front holder 17 as an intermediate fitting and a manganese phosphate coating film is formed on the surface of the front holder 17.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
