Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic rotary actuator for opening and closing a butterfly valve capable of improving productivity by having a rotating shaft of fixed shape regardless of shapes of valve shafts of various butterfly valves, and capable of introducing a new connection structure by a valve connection portion which can be easily replaced or converted in correspondence with the shapes of various valve shafts of the butterfly valves.SOLUTION: A hydraulic rotary actuator includes a cylinder 100 opened at its upper and lower portions, a piston 200 inserted into the cylinder 100 and vertically reciprocated inside of the cylinder 100 by supplying and discharging a hydraulic pressure, a rotating shaft 300 rotated in forward and backward directions while interlocking with the vertical reciprocation of the piston 200, an upper cover 400 connected to an upper portion of the cylinder 100, a lower cover 500 connected to a lower portion of the cylinder 100, and a valve connection portion 600 spline-connected to the rotating shaft 300, and connected with a valve shaft of a butterfly valve.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
