PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen production method and hydrogen production device which can utilize biogas for hydrogen production effectively as much as possible.SOLUTION: A hydrogen production method is used for producing hydrogen from the biogas produced by methane fermentation treatment, and includes the step S1 for storing solar heat in heat storage means and the step S2 for warming the methane fermentation means by using the heat from the heat storage means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
