Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image encoding device and a dynamic image encoding method which can increase an improvement degree of encoding efficiency with a small computation amount, also, provide dynamic image encoded data in which the encoding efficiency is improved, a recording medium recording a bit stream corresponding to dynamic image encoded data, and a dynamic image decoding device and a dynamic image decoding method which can correctly decode a dynamic image from the dynamic image encoded data.SOLUTION: An intra-prediction unit 4 performs variable-length encoding of an intra-merge flag indicating whether or not an intra-prediction parameter in a partition is the same as an intra-prediction parameter in an upper or left adjacent partition, and performs variable-length encoding of an intra-merge direction identifying that the partition is the same as the upper or left adjacent partition when the intra-prediction parameters are the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
