Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation apparatus which can easily perform jam processing.SOLUTION: An image formation apparatus displays a jam processing display screen which guides processing according to the position where jam occurs when detecting the occurrence of jam of sheets conveyed on a conveyance path (S101). The image formation apparatus performs forcible feeding of forcibly conveying the sheets to a prescribed position if the jam state is not changed after processing according to the jam processing display screen (S105). The image formation apparatus displays a jam processing display screen urging processing according to the position of the sheets after forcible feeding (S107).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
