Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corner cutting device capable of cutting corners at the front and back ends of a sheet in inclined or curved shape only by entering a sheet surface and ascending with no need of providing cutting blades at the front and back of the sheet.SOLUTION: A corner cutting device 30 (corner cutting/punching unit) for cutting a corner of a sheet by entering a sheet conveyance passage conveying the sheet, from an intersection direction, comprises: cutting blade frame 58F, 58R supporting the cutting blades moving with respect to the sheet surface, receiving blade frames 59F, 59R supporting receiving blades (cut receiving blades) receiving the moving cutting blades; and driving members (conveyer belts 71F, 71R, frame driving motors 38MF, 38MR) driving the cutting blade frames and the receiving blade frames to enter the conveyance passage of the sheet. Blade shapes of the cutting blades and the receiving blades (cut receiving blades) are arranged back to back with respect to an entry direction used as a reference line.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
