Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation apparatus capable of executing a binding function by a stapler and downsizing a height direction of the image formation apparatus.SOLUTION: An image formation apparatus discharges a sheet S, on which an image is formed by an image formation unit 21, from a pair of discharge rollers 18 and discharges the sheet S to a post-processing tray 31 disposed above the image formation unit 21. When a plurality of discharged sheets S are loaded on the post-processing tray 31, the image formation apparatus aligns a sheet bundle formed of the plurality of sheets S, and performs binding processing to an end part of the aligned sheet bundle on downstream side in a sheet discharge direction with a stapler 103 which is disposed near an end part of the post-processing tray 31 on the downstream side in the sheet discharge direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
