Abstract:
To provide an image forming apparatus that can prevent the short circuit between two input terminals of a power source substrate.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus (1) comprises a power source substrate (3) that supplies DC voltage to an image forming unit that forms an image on a sheet. The power source substrate has a first input terminal (T1) that is connected to a live side of a commercial power supply and a second input terminal (T2) connected to a neutral side of the commercial power supply, the input terminals arranged on a first principal surface (S1) of the power source substrate, and an AC/DC conversion circuit (31) that converts AC voltage supplied from the commercial power supply through the first input terminal and the second input terminal into DC voltage. A shield plate (32) formed of an insulating member and erected with respect to the first principal surface of the power source substrate is arranged between the first input terminal and the second input terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
