Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress degradation of image quality caused by deviation of positional relationship between a radiation source, a subject, and a radiation detector without using a position detection sensor.SOLUTION: The control unit 91 of the console 90 uses the setting information of the positional relationship between a radiation source 61, a subject H, and a radiation detector F at capturing of each projection image as a parameter indicative of the positional relationship between the radiation source 61, the subject H, and the radiation detector F at capturing of each projection image, so as to perform image reconstruction based on n projection images for generation of a positional correction tomographic image. Subsequently the control unit, while shifting each projection image longitudinally and laterally, performs image reconstruction to generate a plurality of positional correction tomographic images so as to calculate the complexity of each positional correction tomographic image. The control unit then shifts each projection image to the position at which the tomographic image of the highest complexity among the generated positional correction tomographic images was generated, and finally generates a tomographic image of the subject H.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
