Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus capable of preventing image noise from being generated by gain increase in a region where images are not combined.SOLUTION: The image processing apparatus comprises an image combination part for combining a plurality of images, that are captured with different exposure amounts, including a standard exposure image and an under exposure image of which the exposure amount is less than that of the standard exposure image. If a moving amount between the plurality of captured images is less than a threshold, the image combination parts aligns images excluding the under exposure image in the plurality of captured images with the under exposure image, thereby combining the images that are aligned with the under exposure image. If the moving amount between the plurality of captured images is larger than the threshold, the image combination part aligns images excluding the standard exposure image in the plurality of captured images with the standard exposure image, thereby combining the images that are aligned with the standard exposure image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
