Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism capable of transmission in consideration of security in transmitting an image obtained by a reading processing using a scan ticket.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus is logged in, reading setting information for performing a reading processing of a paper document and transmission setting information including authentication information of a transmission destination are input, a first management server is requested to generate a scan ticket including the reading setting information for performing reading of the paper document according to the input, a second management server is requested to generate a transmission ticket including the authentication information and the transmission setting information for transmitting an image of the paper document read using the scan ticket according to the input, the reading processing of the paper document is performed using the scan ticket selected from a list of the scan tickets, and the image obtained by the reading processing is transmitted to the second management server so as to be transmitted to a predetermined transmission destination using the authentication information of the transmission ticket identified by the scan ticket.
