Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image pick-up device which is capable of accurately measuring incident light and is compact, an imaging apparatus, a camera, a vehicle, and a mobile information terminal.SOLUTION: The image pick-up device 1 comprises: a photoelectric conversion part 14; first electrodes 12 and a second electrode 16 connected to the photoelectric conversion part; read circuits 20 which are connected to the first electrodes and read one of an electron and an electron hole generated by the photoelectric conversion part; and a measurement circuit 30 which is connected to the second electrode and measures the electric charge of the other of the electron and the electron hole generated by the photoelectric conversion part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
