Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus having a plurality of imaging elements, capable of acquiring an image being in an excellent focus state from each imaging element, when performing imaging by using the plurality of imaging elements simultaneously.SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus includes an imaging lens which has a focus adjustment mechanism, luminous flux division means which divides a luminous flux into at least first and second luminous fluxes, a first imaging element which receives the divided first luminous flux, a second imaging element which receives the divided second luminous flux, a first adjustment unit which adjusts the position of the first imaging element with respect to a first reference surface in the incident direction of light from the imaging lens, and a second adjustment unit which adjusts the position of the second imaging element with respect to a second reference surface in the incident direction of the light from the imaging lens by using the position of the first imaging element as the second reference surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
