PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade unit capable of maintaining the position of a blade member, an imaging apparatus including the blade unit, and an electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: Blade units 100 and 200 include a base plate 110 which has an opening 111, blade members 130a, 130b, and 130c which open and close at least a part of the opening 111, a first driving part which is moved to drive the blade members 130a, 130b, and 130c, and a stopper 176 which allows or regulates the movement of the first driving part. The stopper 176 is located on the locus of the movement of the first driving part and perpendicularly crosses a first direction along a straight line connecting the position of the first driving part in such a state where the opening 111 is opened and the position of the first driving part in such a state that the opening 111 is closed, to regulate the movement of the first driving part and is released from the locus of the movement of the first driving part, to allow the movement of the first driving part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
