Abstract:
To prevent a blade member from being still in an opened state because of illegal access from the outside and the impact of falling, in an imaging apparatus used for a smart phone or the like.SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus includes an imaging element, a blade member which is operated so as to switch between a closing state where at least a part of light with which the imaging element is irradiated is shielded and an opening state where the imaging element is irradiated with the light, a blade driving part which drives the blade member, and a blade control part which controls the blade driving part. The blade control part confirms that the closing state is obtained in a non-photographing mode in which photographing is not performed and controls the blade driving part, so that the blade member is driven so as to obtain the closing state, when the opening state is obtained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 23
