PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain more correct AF correction value.SOLUTION: An imaging device comprises: an image pick-up element (209) that photoelectrically converts light from a subject, passing through a focus lens (101) to photograph an image; a focus detection unit (207) that detects a defocus value on the basis of the light from the subject; acquisition means (210) that obtains a correction value for correcting a detection deviation of a focus position of the focus lens obtained based on the detected defocus value; and storage means (211) that stores a plurality of correction values obtained by the acquisition means and reliability in association with a plurality of images photographed as driving the focus lens by a predetermined drive width in a predetermined range in the vicinity of the focus position, respectively. The acquisition means is configured to, when the reliability of the correction value associated with the selected image of the plurality of images is lower than a first threshold, re-obtain the correction value of the selected image, using the correction value of a plurality of non-selected images of the plurality of images.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
