Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device and an imaging method preventing failure in exposure of bulb photographing having high difficulty to allow a photographer to photograph pictures according to the intention of a photographer.SOLUTION: An imaging method includes: adding to combine all the M-frame image data created on the basis of image signals read out from an image sensor 4 with an image addition and composition unit 14 to create first composite image data (composite image 3); combining N-frame image data of the M-frame image data continuously read out from the image sensor 4 with N-frame addition composite image data added and combined by the image addition and composition unit 14, performing comparison light composition of all the N-frame addition composite data with an image comparison composite unit 11 to create second composite image data (composite image 2); and performing comparison light composition of all the M-frame image data created on the basis of the image signals read out from the image sensor 4 with the image comparison composite unit 11 to create third composite image data (composite image 1).
