PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus, an imaging system, and an imaging method which are capable of controlling stroboscopic irradiation light as intended by a photographer.SOLUTION: The method comprises steps of: irradiating (S7) a subject with stroboscopic light plural times while increasing an emitted light amount; generating (S11) image data by photographing the subject every irradiation with stereoscopic light; performing brightness comparison and composition (S15) every generation of the image data; and displaying (S21) an image composed by the brightness comparison and composition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
