Abstract:
An image capture apparatus includes: a zoom lens (13) arranged in a housing (11) and including fixed lens groups (G1, G3, G5), movable lens groups (G2, G4) and at least three prisms (P1, P2, P3r); and an imager device (15) arranged in the housing (11). The zoom lens includes: a fixed first lens group (G1) including a negative lens group (L11) having a first optical axis (ax1), a first prism (P1) approximately perpendicularly folding an optical axis, and a positive lens group (L13) having a second optical axis (ax2) folded by the first prism (P1); movable lens groups (G3, G5) and at least one fixed lens group arranged along the second optical axis (ax2) to perform a zooming action, an image plane position correcting action and a focusing action; and a second prism (P2) arranged on an image side relative to a movable lens group (G4) that is a closest to the image side among the plurality of movable lens groups (G2, G4) for approximately perpendicularly folding the optical axis.
