Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2017126041
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging lens for infrared radiation that is more inexpensive than the conventional one.SOLUTION: An imaging lens for infrared radiation 10 includes, in order from an object side, a first lens L1 that is formed of a silicon having a minimum transmittance of an infrared ray with a wavelength of 8 μm or more and 13 μm or less of 40% or more when having a thickness of 1 mm, a second lens L2 that is formed of chalcogenide glass, and a third lens that is formed of chalcogenide glass. The silicon having a minimum transmittance of an infrared ray with a wavelength of 8 μm or more and 13 μm or less of 40% or more when having a thickness of 1 mm can be obtained inexpensively by controlling the oxygen concentration in a CZ method.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
