Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impact reduction device, an impact reduction structure, and a power plant capable of reducing transmission of impact force generated by an aircraft and other objects crushing into a building constructed underground.SOLUTION: An impact reduction device 1 is configured to reduce impact force transmitted to a protected facility 10 buried underground, the impact force being generated when a flying object 11 crushes. The impact reduction device 1 includes a pool 5 provided on a top part of the protected facility 10 and storing water.
