Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement an active isolated operation detector capable of performing PLL phase difference correction by satisfying a FRT requirement by continuing operation even when instantaneous voltage reduction has occurred in any phase.SOLUTION: A frequency variation derivation unit derives a variation in a frequency of a three-phase power supply on the basis of at least one of a first phase frequency, second phase frequency, and third phase frequency. A phase difference estimation unit estimates, on the basis of the variation, a phase difference showing a difference between a phase of a signal of reference AC to be used for controlling a power conversion unit and a phase of AC voltage to be output by the three-phase power supply. A plan value derivation unit derives a plan value with respect to power that the power conversion unit is made to output, on the basis of the phase difference and at least one of the first phase frequency, second phase frequency, and third phase frequency. The plan value derivation unit, when any of the first phase frequency, second phase frequency, and third phase frequency is out of a reference range, derives the plan value on the basis of any of the first phase frequency, second phase frequency, and third phase frequency that is within the reference range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
