Abstract:
To provide a suction/exhaust valve which can alleviate an exhaust amount of air in a piping route.SOLUTION: A suction/exhaust valve 100 comprises: a connecting part 119; a valve main body 110 having an intake port 113 and an exhaust port 114; an intake valve body 120 for constantly closing the intake port 113, and operating so as to release the intake port 113 when a piping route is changed to negative pressure; an exhaust valve body 130 for constantly closing the exhaust port 114, and operating so as to release the exhaust port 114 when the piping route is changed to positive pressure; and a cover body 140 connected to the valve main body 110, covering the intake port 113 and the exhaust port 114 from the outside, and forming a release port 101 released to an atmosphere. An intake flow passage 102 extending from the release port 101 up to the intake port 113, and an exhaust flow passage 103 extending from the exhaust port 114 up to the release port 101 are formed in the cover body 140, and the intake flow passage 102 and the exhaust flow passage 103 are at least partially superimposed on each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
