Abstract:
To provide an industrial furnace in which a treating object in the furnace can be appropriately treated in a clean state by preventing dusting or deterioration of a filter by temperature change, when circulating heating gas or cooling gas in the furnace by cleaning with the filter.SOLUTION: A heating gas circulation route 15 for passing the heating gas heated by a heater 11 provided outside a furnace 1 and cleaned by a first filter 12 and circulating through the furnace, and a cooling gas circulation route 25 for passing the cooling gas cooled by a cooler 21 provided outside the furnace and cleaned by a second filter 22 and circulating through the furnace, are provided separately, and a circulating operation of the heating gas by passing through the furnace from the heating gas circulation route and a circulation operation of the cooling gas by passing through the furnace from the cooling gas circulation route are switchably operated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
