PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display apparatus capable of conveniently displaying a lot of information in a fashion easy for a user to recognize.SOLUTION: An information display apparatus includes: a display part 5; an operation part 3 configured to accept a division operation for dividing a display area in the display part 5 into a plurality of sections and a change operation for changing each of the sections set in response to the division operation; a processing part 1 configured to set a section corresponding to the accepted division operation; an input/output part 6 configured to retrieve, by each section, such as article data to be displayed in each of the set sections; and a processing part 1 configured to change a section corresponding to the accepted change operation in response to the change operation and control a display using the article data in the changed section.
