PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information distribution system capable of precisely determining the relative position of a communication terminal apparatus to an information distribution apparatus.SOLUTION: An information distribution system includes: a communication terminal apparatus 20 (24) that waits for the reception of information on each of a prescribed number of frequency channels according to the procedure of prescribed short-range wireless communication, and performs a process using reception radio wave intensity during the reception of the information; and an information distribution apparatus 10 (12) that broadcasts distribution information to the communication terminal apparatus 20 (24) according to the procedure of the prescribed short-range wireless communication by using one or multiple prescribed frequency channels fewer than the prescribed number among the prescribed number of frequency channels.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
