Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a reply waiting time to a request in a synchronous serial communication.SOLUTION: An information processing system includes: a master device which includes reply reception means for receiving, as reply data, data which is received subsequent to the reply start code, when receiving a reply start code to notify a reply transmission start; and a slave device which includes reply transmission means for receiving a reference clock from the master device, and transmitting, to the received reference clock, either one of a signal, which indicates that a reply to the request received from the master device is in preparation, and the reply start code with the reply data subsequent to the reply start code.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
