PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device for controlling an air conditioning facility.SOLUTION: The information processing device is connected to a detection element for detecting information showing the existence or the nonexistence of an object to be detected in a detection area, and an air conditioning facility for executing air conditioning, and executes control of the air conditioning facility on the basis of the information detected by the detection element. The information processing device includes calculation means for calculating a continuation time of the state of the existence or the nonexistence of the object to be detected shown by the information detected by the detection element, determination means for determining a setting value to be set in the air conditioning facility on the basis of the continuation time of the state of the existence or the nonexistence calculated by the calculation means, and transmission means for transmitting the setting value determined by the determination means to the air conditioning facility.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
