PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information highly real-time related to a specific event without increasing a load on an information provider.SOLUTION: An information processing device includes: a comment collection part 1 for collecting a comment from a comment server publicizing submitted comments; a characteristics pattern database 3 for storing a characteristics pattern for detecting a keyword indicating time or period contained in the collected comment; a characteristics comment extraction part for referring to the characteristics pattern database 3 and extracting, as a characteristics comment, a comment containing time or period from the collected comment; a hot-word extraction part 4 for extracting, as a hot-word, a word with a higher frequency of appearance in the characteristics comment; a related information analysis part 5 for adding information, as related information, to a characteristic word of which the number of co-occurrence with a key word indicating time or period contained in the characteristics comment is equal to or higher than a threshold; and an information display part 6 for presenting with a characteristics comment containing the characteristics word added with the related information, together with the related information.
