PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus, an information processing method, a program, and an information processing system capable of improving the convenience for a user of a parking lot.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus according to one embodiment of the present invention includes an open state detection unit and a notification unit. The open state detection unit detects an open state of a door of a vehicle based on a photographed image of the vehicle parked in a parking space of a parking lot. The notification unit is disposed in the vicinity of the parking space, and notifies guidance information on use of the parking lot based on a result of detection by the open state detection unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
