PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing unit capable of, if a person different from a user of the information processing unit that outputs predetermined information is present in the periphery of the information processing unit, reducing leakage of information by the person.SOLUTION: An information processing system 100 includes: an information acquisition device 102 configured to acquire information in the periphery of an information processing unit 101 that outputs predetermined information; a detection part 504 configured to detect a presence of a person different from a user of the information processing unit in the periphery of the information processing unit according to the acquired information in the periphery; and an output restriction part 506 configured to restrict an output of the predetermined information if a presence of a person different from the user is detected in the periphery of the processing unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
