Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily grasp a tool group to be executed on document data.SOLUTION: A storage unit 45 stores document data, and a tool group formed of a plurality of tools each indicating processing to be executed on the document data, in association with each other. When a user specifies document data, a control unit 41 controls a display unit 42 to display a tool group stored in the storage unit 45 in association with the specified document data. A receiving unit 46 receives specification of each of tools in the tool group displayed on the display unit 42. A processing execution unit 44 executes processing corresponding to the tool received by the receiving unit 46, on the document data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
