PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an accident of a moving body reliably.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus includes: a receiving unit for receiving position information indicating positions and speeds of moving bodies estimated based on images captured by the moving bodies, from information terminals equipped in the moving bodies; and a risk prediction unit which predicts an accident between the moving bodies, on the basis of motion of the moving bodies estimated based on the estimated positions and speeds of the moving bodies.
