Abstract:
Provided are an information sharing device, etc., whereby a time cycle at which information is to be refreshed can be determined in accordance with the frequency that the information is browsed, and whereby said information can be provided without sacrificing real-time characteristics. The information sharing device (1) comprises: a search unit (2) that, when request information (101) is received, browses position information (DB4) and provides the requested position information from among the position information (DB4), to a specified terminal; and a cycle determination unit (3) that, in accordance with the number of times that the position information (DB4) is browsed, determines a second time cycle and provides the determined second time cycle to the specified terminal and other terminals.
