PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spray head for gaseous fire-extinguishing equipment, suppressing noise generated when discharging gas.SOLUTION: A spray head 1 of gaseous fire-extinguishing equipment includes: an orifice part 120 for controlling a gas flow rate; a silencing member 14 consisting of a porous material or a fibrous material, provided at a downstream side of the orifice part 120, and suppressing noise caused by discharge of fire-extinguishing gas; and an outer shell 16 for protecting the silencing member 14. The outer shell 16 has a plurality of openings 160 for passing the fire-extinguishing gas. A sum area of cross-section areas of the respective openings 140 for passing the gas, of the silencing member 14 is larger than the cross-section area of an opening 120a of the orifice part 120, a sum area of the cross-section areas of the respective openings 160 for passing the gas, of the outer shell 16 is larger than the cross-section area of the opening 120a of the orifice part 120, and the sum area of the cross-section areas of the respective openings 160 for passing the gas, of the outer shell 16 is larger than the sum area of the cross-section areas of the respective openings 140 for passing the gas, of the silencing member 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
