Abstract:
To develop an injection-moldable powder-mixed material including wood flour as a base material, that is obtained by completely eliminating use of a synthetic resin derived from petroleum, or reducing it as much as possible, with the wood flour for a material itself used for injection-molding as a main body, a manufacturing method of the same, an injection-molding method using an injection-moldable powder-mixed material including the wood flour as the base material, and a wood flour-molded product manufactured by the injection-molding method.SOLUTION: In a powder-mixed material obtained by mixing a fluid-plastic support material made from one or more powder-shaped element materials with a substrate made from wood flour, the fluid-plastic support material includes PLA (polylactic acid) as an element material, these are mixed under a heating environment, and after cooling, a cake-shaped mixture is subjected to pulverization treatment, and is processed into a granular substance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
