Title:
An ink constituent for organic light emitting elements, and an organic light emitting element
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP6249133
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
There is provided an ink composition for an organic light-emitting device which can easily form a light-emitting layer having more excellent uniformity and which is suitable for forming a light-emitting layer by a wet method. An ink composition for an organic light-emitting device includes a light-emitting material, a binder resin, and a solvent, the binder resin containing a multi-branched copolymer of a monovinyl compound composed of a styrene-based monomer as an essential component with a multifunctional vinyl compound containing two or more ethylenically unsaturated double bonds, and the copolymer having a weight-average absolute molecular weight within a range of 200,000 to 800,000 determined by gel permeation chromatography using a multi-angle laser light scattering detector and a degree of branching within a range of 0.20 to 0.55 determined from an inertial radius. An organic light-emitting device includes a positive electrode, a light-emitting layer, and a negative electrode, the light-emitting layer containing the binder resin.
