Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the reliability of a head yet avoiding the upsizing of the head even when mounting a circulation flow path on an inkjet substrate.SOLUTION: An inkjet head 2 comprises: an inkjet substrate 11; a wiring board 51; and an adhesive member 61. The inkjet substrate 11 includes: a head substrate 12 having a common circulation flow path 22b; and a wiring 35 electrically connected to an upper electrode 33. The wiring board 51 includes a wiring 53a. On the inkjet substrate 11, a region overlapping at least a part of the common circulation flow path 22b is defined as a first region R 1 and a region overlapping the outside of the common circulation flow path 22b is defined as a second region R2. The adhesive member 61 is arranged between the first region R1 and the second region R2 such that the wiring 35 and the wiring 53a are electrically connected together at least in the first region R1, to thereby bond the wiring board 51 to the inkjet substrate 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
