Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insert molding method of a film material capable of enhancing appearance of a final product while increasing bond strength between an intermediate constituted of the film material and a transparent resin layer constituted of an amorphous synthetic resin material, and a device therefor.SOLUTION: An insert molding method of a film material 11 includes: a preparation process S21 for preparing a first mold 31 and a second mold 32 the mold temperature of which can be adjusted; an arrangement process S22 for arranging a first intermediate 2 which is trimmed to a final shape in the first mold 31; an injection process S25 for injecting a molten transparent resin material 12 into a cavity C1; a first cooling process S26 for cooling the transparent resin material 12 injected into the cavity C1 to a set temperature T2 set to be higher than ordinary temperature and lower than a glass transition temperature Tg of the transparent resin material 12 at a first cooling rate K1; and a second cooling process S29 for cooling a second intermediate 6 to the ordinary temperature at a second cooling rate K2 which is faster than the first cooling rate K1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
