Abstract:
PURPOSE:To permit the constant retention of a clamping force without necessitating any additional tightening work of a jack bolt by a method wherein an elastic body is interposed between the upper surface of a superconducting field coil for the rotor of a superconducting rotary electric machine and the pressurizing part of the tip end of the jack bolt. CONSTITUTION:An elastic body 31, for absorbing fine dimensional change of a superconducting field coil 3, or a belleville spring, for example, and outside and inside pressing metals 32a, 32b, receiving the upper surface and the lower surface of the belleville spring 31 and interposed between the spring and the jack bolt 25 or between the spring and a superconducting field coil 3, are interposed between the superconducting field coil 3 and the jack bolt 25. The superconducting field coil 3 is pressed through the outside pressing metal 32a, the belleville spring 31 and the inside pressing metal 32b to shape it by turning the jack bolt 25. According to this method, the superconducting field coil 3 may be fixed rigidly and uniformly.
