Abstract:
To provide a shoe insole that can prevent a feeling of heat and a feeling of wet due to sweat, is moderately hard for easy attachment and detachment to shoes even while being thin where a tight fit feeling is not given, is free from the occurrence of displacement or twist when in use, and thereby can be used comfortably for a long term.SOLUTION: A shoe insole comprises a fiber sheet obtained by blending a highly hygroscopic material. The shoe insole is characterized in that the thickness of the fiber sheet is 6 mm or less, and the bending hardness is 0.4-1.8 N, and also the friction coefficient of a surface of the fiber sheet coming in contact with the innersole surface is 0.5-1.2.SELECTED DRAWING: None
