Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect accurately a caulked state of a joining member even when a joined part at which a joined member and the joining member are joined by caulking processing cannot be visually recognized from the outside.SOLUTION: Into a joined member 11 in a shaft shape having a groove part 11a for caulking processing formed on an outer periphery of the joined member 11 is fitted a joining member 12 in a tube shape so as to oppose to the groove part 11a of the joined member 11; an inner part 12b of a pressing hole part 12a in the joining member 12 is fell down into the groove part 11a by pressing a caulking tool to one end face of the joining member 12 so as to form the pressing hole part 12a and then the joining member 12 is subjected to caulking processing with respect to the joined member 11; and thereafter, a shape of the pressing hole part 12 is measured and a caulked state of the joining member 12 is detected on the basis of the measured shape of the pressing hole part 12a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
