Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection method of a rope fixing part of an elevator in which the filling degree of a filler can be confirmed easily from the outside of a socket, which is simple and has high soundness.SOLUTION: An inspection method of a rope fixing part is applied to an elevator in which a strand of a rope inserted in a socket from a rope connection port is fixed to the socket with a filler filled inside the socket. Firstly, the socket in which the strand is fixed is held in a posture of the rope connection port facing downward. After this, an inspection liquid is injected into the socket in which the strand is fixed from the upper part of the socket. By measuring the time from the time when the inspection liquid is injected in the socket to the time when the inspection liquid flows out from the rope connection port, the quality of the filling degree of thee filler with respect to the socket is determined.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
