Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection method and an inspection system capable of improving inspection accuracy easily while suppressing increase in size of a device.SOLUTION: An ejection system 10 for continuously ejecting a pellet of dry ice is used. An acoustic analyzer 20 records collision noise when the pellet collides with an inspection target from a sound collector 21. Recorded sound includes collision noise when the plurality of pellets continuously collide with the inspection target. The acoustic analyzer 20 performs frequency decomposition processing such as FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) to the recorded sound.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
