Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of recovering a push-in tool such as a weight for use in arranging a heat exchange tube within a precast pile, re-utilizing it and further installing the heat exchange tube at a prescribed depth position within the precast pile.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a device for use in inserting and arranging a heat exchange tube 10 for utilizing earth thermal heat against buoyance acted on the tube within a precast pile 14 filled with uncured soil cement. The heat exchange tube 10 includes a plurality of blade members 20 that are rotatably attached around a rotating center of its lower end in a vertical direction and having expanded diameter at its upper end to move to or away from the inner periphery of the precast pile 14 and a weight 30 mounted at the tube in such a way that its load is released or it can be recovered when the heat exchange tube is inserted into the precast pile. The blade members 20 are pivoted to shrink when the weight 30 is mounted on the heat exchange tube 10 and expand when the weight 30 is removed from the heat exchange tube and the upper end is engaged with the inner periphery of the precast pile 14.
