Abstract:
PURPOSE: To impart excellent slidability to a metallic can by forming a water- resistant inorg./org. composite chemical film capable of being washed with water in the succeeding stage.
CONSTITUTION: A quaternary ammonium salt having one or more 10-20C alkyls is added to a soln. of chemical conversion treatment to at least 200ppm concn. A chemical film is formed on the surface of a metallic can by using this soln. Consequently, a metallic can having a low friction coefficient and good adhesion after coating is obtained.
