Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overhead distribution wire insulation cover and an adapter, for improving attachment operability for an overhead distribution wire by making it possible to attach the insulation cover to an overhead distribution wire by a single worker's work using a pair of insulation pincers.SOLUTION: An overhead distribution wire insulation cover comprises: two opening/closing members 10, 20 connected, by an opening/closing support part 35, so as to be capable of freely being opened/closed; coupling pieces 11, 13, 21, 23 that are provided at the respective opening/closing members and couple with each other, when the respective opening/closing members is in a closed state, to keep the respective opening/closing members being in the closed state; and a temporal fixation part 40 that is provided at at least one coupling piece and accepts part of a coupling tool for pinching the coupling pieces to make the coupling pieces be coupled, to temporally fix the tool.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
