PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC/DC converter with improved reliability.SOLUTION: A synchronous rectification controller 300 for controlling the synchronous rectification transistor M2 is provided on the secondary side of an isolation synchronous rectification type DC/DC converter 200. A DRAIN pin receives drain voltage Vof the synchronous rectification transistor M2. A pulse generator 306 generates a pulse signal S, on the basis of voltage Vof the DRAIN pin. A driver 304 drives synchronous rectification transistor M2 on the basis of the pulse signal S. Upon detecting open abnormality of the DRAIN pin, an abnormality detection circuit 310 asserts an abnormality detection signal S.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
